Managing Partner & CEO

Linda leads AI strategy, technology investment, and organizational change. She is a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and has held technology leadership roles at GEICO, Citi, and Capital One.

As GEICO’s CTO, Linda managed a $1.2B technology budget, rebuilt its insurance data ecosystem, and brought more engineering in-house. Her cloud strategy, retirement of legacy platforms, and cost management saved $150M a year. At Citi, she was Managing Director and Head Architect for finance and risk technology. At Capital One, she led data engineering and moved financial and risk data to the cloud.

Allan Carroll

Managing Partner & CTO

Allan leads AI and product engineering. He has taken three companies from zero to one and had two exits, including the sale of FamilyLink to Ancestry.com. FamilyLink reached more than 100 million users. Hangtime built the first AI-based mobile app for events. His companies raised over $100M.

Allan’s team built LoanFlow, mortgage software that cut the time to clear a loan for closing from 30 days to under 24 hours and cut back-office costs by 75%. He has built products and engineering teams for more than 20 years. His AI work began with graduate research at the University of Washington in 2006.
